JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 2 14-07-2026 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the State. 2. Petitioners apprehend arrest in Mehus P.S. Case No. 16 of 2026 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 137(2), 87, 96 and 3(5) of the BNS . 3. As per prosecution case, these petitioners, who are parents of one Aman Kumar, kidnapped the minor daughter of informant and forcibly got her married to their son. 4. During investigation, victim was recovered and her statement under Section 183 of BNSS was recorded wherein she supported the prosecution case.
