The present petition has been filed by the petitioners with the following prayers: “A. Quash the impugned First Information Report dated 19.09.2025, bearing no. 63/2025, registered at P.S.-Mahila Thana, District- Raipur, Chhattisgarh, for the alleged offences under Sections 85 and 3(5) of Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, being false, malicious, and an abuse of process of law; B. Stay the arrest of the Petitioners in connection with FIR No. 63/2025 dated 19.09.2025 registered at Police Station Mahila Thana, District- Raipur, under Sections 85and 3(5) of Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, during the pendency of the present petition; 3 C. Any other relief which this Hon'ble Court deems fit and proper may also kindly be granted to the Petitioners, in the interest of justice.” 3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that mediation between the parties has failed and in the present case, charge-sheet has been submitted before the jurisdictional criminal Court. 4.
