Also heard Mr. D. Gogoi, learned counsel appearing for the respondents. 2. The learned counsel for the respondents who are the petitioners in WP(C)/6760/2023 has submitted that in paragraph- 3 of this interlocutory Page No.# 4/4 application, the Public Works Road Division, has filed the connected appeal on the directions contained in the order dated 20.09.2024 in WP(C)/6760/2023 to deposit the balance of 50% of the land acquisition cost along with 6 % interest. In this regard, his instructions is to the effect that the respondents, has no objection if the connected unregistered appeal is allowed to the extent of directions to pay 6% interest on the balance 50% of the land acquisition cost. However, he has instructions to press for the early release of the balance 50% of the land acquisition cost. 3. Be that as it may, as the limited prayer in this interlocutory application is to condone the delay, the delay of 126 days in filing connected writ appeal stands condoned. 4.
