The revision petitioners, being a tenant, sought to number the application and pass appropriate orders. 2. The learned counsel for the 13th respondent submitted that earlier, the revision petitioners had raised objections regarding the impleading of the second-class legal heirs of the deceased landlord, Kalaimani. The same was https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis CRP No. 1653 of 2026 challenged before this Court in CRP Nos. 960, 962, 971 & 973 of 2022, wherein this Court held that the tenants have no right to raise such objections and directed the Rent Controller to dispose of the RCOP proceedings expeditiously. An order to that effect was passed on 20.01.2023. Subsequently, on 10.11.2025, the petitioners filed the present application seeking to stay the proceedings in RLTOP. 3. On a perusal of the affidavit, it is seen that the petitioners have not disclosed the earlier orders passed in the CRP Nos. 960, 962, 971 & 973 of 2022. Despite the earlier direction to dispose of the case expeditiously, the present application has been filed. 4. In such circumstances, the application is not maintainable, and the relief sought is not sustainable.
