The prayer made in the present petition is for commanding the respondents to conduct demarcation of land of the petitioner measuring 5 Kanal 11 marlas (Survey No. 1103 min), 5 Kanal 9 Marlas (Survey No. 1102 min), 7 Kanal 5 Marlas (Survey No. 1105) and 7 kanals 5 Marlas (Survey No. 1107), situated at Village Ranjan, Tehsil Bhalwal, District Jammu, regarding which the petitioner has already made representation to the respondent Nos. 2 and 3. 2. Issue notice to the respondents. 3. Ms. Sagira Jaffar, Advocate waives notice on behalf of the respondents. She submits that the representation filed by the petitioner for demarcation of the land shall be considered and demarcation shall be done. 4. In view of the above, the present petition is disposed of by directing the respondent Nos. 2 and 3 to demarcate the land of the petitioner as Serial No. 248 2 WP(C) No. 2539/2026 mentioned in the representation and while doing so, no one shall be dispossessed from the land in question. 5.
