G V L MURTHY The Court made the following: THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE NYAPATHY VIJAY CONTEMPT CASE NO: 3081 of 2025 ORDER: This Contempt Case is filed for non compliance of the orders passed by this Court in W.P.No.30299 of 2024, dated 11.08.2025. Vide the above said Writ Petition, this Court had directed the respondents therein to re-consider the case of the petitioner for posting as C.T.O. (Care taking Officer) at NCC Unit at ZPHS Hussainapuram, Orvakal Mandal, Kurnool District, by taking note of the directive of the Ministry of Defense, Government of India, dated 12.09.2005 vide memo No.14825/SE.Ser.IV-2/2005-3, dated 18.10.2005 and the common order of this Court in W.P.No.40605 and 40606 of 2022 dated 16.12.2022 and pass appropriate orders thereon. 2. The learned Counsel for the respondent submits that the respondent authorities vide Lr.Rc.No.3722/C4/2024, dated 25.02.2026, passed an order stating that the case of the petitioner for appointment as Care Taker (NCC), at NCC Unit at ZPHS is not feasible for consideration. 3. In view of the above submissions, the contempt case is closed. The petitioner is at liberty to challenge the rejecting order of the Educational Officer dated 25.02.2026. There shall be no order as to costs.
