However, the fourth respondent recently prevented the petitioner from selling vegetables, fruits, and coconuts in Uzhavar Sandhai, R.S. Puram, Coimbatore, subjecting the petitioner to undue restriction. Consequently, the petitioner submitted a representation on 13.01.2026, which remains unconsidered. Hence, this Writ Petition has been filed. 5. Considering the limited scope of the prayer concerned, this Court direct the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 13.01.2026 and dispose of the same within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 6. With the above direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
