The complainants have filed the present complaint alleging willful disobedience of the order dated 07.07.2025 passed by the learned Single Judge of this Court in W.P.No.16059/2025 (KLR-RES). 2. In terms of the said order, the accused was directed to consider the complainants' representations dated 26.08.2024 and 07.12.2024. It was also expressly stated that the court had not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case. 3. The learned Additional Government Advocate appearing for the accused has filed a compliance affidavit dated 06.04.2026 enclosing therewith an endorsement dated 10.10.2025, indicating that the complainants' representations have been considered. - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:32425-DB CCC No. 27 of 2026 4. In view of the above, we are unable to accept that any proceedings under the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 ought to be initiated against the accused. 5. The complaint is accordingly closed. However, we clarify that this order will not preclude the complainant from availing any substantive remedies in respect of the endorsement dated 10.10.2025, albeit in accordance with law.
