Learned counsel for the accused-applicant submits that the marriage of the real brother is scheduled to be solemnized on 19.04.2026 and therefore, the accused-applicants be released on interim bail. Learned Government Advocate-cum-Additional Advocate General has opposed the interim suspension of sentence application and submits the status report dated 17.04.2026, [2026:RJ-JP:16528-DB] (2 of 2) [SOSA-683/2026] wherein, it has been reported that the marriage of the brother of the applicants is scheduled to be solemnized on 19.04.2026 and further reported that the father, mother, and one brother of the applicants are still alive. In that view of the matter, no case is made out for grant of interim suspension of sentence application, therefore, the same is hereby dismissed.
