The Court made the following: 3 ORDER:- This Court directed the respondents to consider the petitioners’ complaints dated 09.05.2025 and 17.03.2025 in accordance with and the procedure contemplated under Section 173(3) of the BNSS, 2023. On 31.01.2026, the respondents have informed this Court that preliminary investigation was completed and case was registered against the petitioners. 2. It is submitted that the complaints dated 17.03.2025 and 09.05.2025 were verified and witnesses were also recorded and it was found that the said complaints are false and fabricated. 3. Considering the directions passed by this Court to the respondents and the counter filed by the respondents, this Court finds no grounds to entertain the contempt case any further. 4.
