The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Senha P.S. Case No. 62 of 2026, registered for the offence under Sections 109(1), 115(2), 132, 221 and 352 of Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, Sections 4 and 21 of Mines and Minerals (Development and Regulation) Act, 1957 and Rules 4 and 54 of Jharkhand Minor and Minerals Concession Rules, 2004 pending in the court of learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Lohardaga. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that the petitioner no.1 is the owner and petitioner no.2 is the driver of one of the tractors. He submits that the tractors of the petitioners were not involved in carrying the sand, however, the petitioners have been falsely implicated in the case. He also submits that the petitioners are having no criminal antecedent. 4. Learned counsel appearing for the State opposes the prayer and submits that serious allegations are against the petitioners of trying to dash the police vehicle with the intention to kill the Officer-in-Charge of Senha Police Station. He submits that all the tractors were involved in illegal mining of sand. On these grounds, he submits that prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners may kindly be rejected. 2026:JHHC:26466 5. In the FIR, serious allegations are there of trying to hit the police vehicle through the trolley of the tractor with the intention to kill the Officer-in-Charge of Senha Police Station and the allegations are made against two tractors and further the petitioners have not annexed any document to suggest that the petitioners are not the owner and driver of those tractors, in the attending facts and circumstances, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners. 6.
