1. At the time of call no one appears for the petitioner and no accommodation is prayed for.
2. However, State respondents are represented by Mr. Das, learned Additional Government Pleader who has filed a communication dated 23rd June, 2026 of Inspector-in-Charge, Mandir Bazar Police Station, Sundarban Police District and same is taken on record.
3. It is disclosed in the communication dated 23rd June, 2026 that on completion of investigation final report was submitted before the jurisdictional Magistrate in connection with Mandirbazar P.S. Case No. 303/24 dated 17th July, 2024 on 13th May, 2026 being Mandirbazar P.S. Final Report No. 135/26 dated 14th May, 2026.
4. In view of submission of final report before the jurisdictional Magistrate on 13th May, 2026 in
2 terms of order passed by the coordinate bench on 18th August, 2025 passed on the writ petition being WPA 17039 of 2025 no further order need be passed in this writ petition.
5. Hence, writ petition stands disposed of.
