Case No. 303/24 dated 17th July, 2024 on 13th May, 2026 being Mandirbazar P.S. Final Report No. 135/26 dated 14th May, 2026. 4. In view of submission of final report before the jurisdictional Magistrate on 13th May, 2026 in 2 terms of order passed by the coordinate bench on 18th August, 2025 passed on the writ petition being WPA 17039 of 2025 no further order need be passed in this writ petition. 5.
