Papanna., learned counsel as that appearing for respondent No.2. 2. The petitioners are before this Court seeking for the following reliefs: a. Issue a writ of mandamus directing the respondent authorities to give proper direction to the park areas at Airport or parking places in Bengaluru not to collect the parking charges from the petitioners wherever they are parking waiting for online services granted by the 2nd respondent; b. Essentially the relief which has been sought for is a direction not to collect parking fees by Kempegowda International Airport Ltd. 4. The petitioners being taxi drivers operating under license from the Karnataka State Tourism Development Corporation (“KSTDC”). There being various other taxi service providers like Uber, Ola and private service providers who are required to make payment of parking charges, there cannot be any differential treatment provided to the taxi service operated by KSTDC. The relief sought for being not maintainable, the petition stands dismissed. 5. In view of dismissal of the main petition, pending IA's does not survive for consideration.
