The petitioner/wife herein had preferred this application praying for transfer of Matrimonial Suit No. 322 of 2024 pending before the Learned District Judge, Uttar Dinajpur at Raigunj, District-Uttar Dinajpur to Jalpaiguri. 3. During pendency of the revisional application the above order has been passed wherein it appears that the husband/opposite party has withdrawn the matrimonial suit. 4.
