Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner as well as the State submits that till date the evidence of the victim is not over, although charges have been framed. Having considered the same, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail till the evidence of the victim is over. Learned Special Court is directed to give priority to the evidence of the victim preferably to be completed within a period of 60 days from the next date fixed. At this stage, the prayer for bail of the petitioner in CRM (M) 500 of 2026 is dismissed. 2 All parties shall act in terms of server copy of the order downloaded from the official website of this Court.
