Heard learned counsel for the parties. 2. The instant writ application has been preferred by the petitioner praying therein for quashing of letter dated 20.04.2015 as contained in Ref. No. DAVIET/AO/MISC/2015-16/99, issued under the signature

of the respondent no.7, whereby and whereunder, it has been informed that services of the petitioner are no longer required in the institution with immediate effect. 3. Learned counsel for the Petitioner fairly submits that at the time of filing of the writ application, the Jharkhand Education Tribunal was not functioning. However, now it is fully functional. As such, this application may be disposed of by giving liberty to the Petitioner to approach the concerned tribunal. 4. Learned counsel for the respondent submits that the grievance of the petitioner is against the respondent nos. 3 to 7, which is the Management of the respondent institute. 5. Having regard to the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the instant writ application is hereby disposed of by giving liberty to the petitioner to approach the Jharkhand Education Tribunal, which shall decide the issue in accordance with law. 6. Pending I.A, if any, also stands disposed of.
