In view of no objection made by learned counsel for the respondents/non-applicants, amount of compensation falling to the share of appellant/applicant, as per the apportionment made by this Court, while deciding the appeal, alongwith proportionate interest, is ordered to be released in favour of applicant. The amount, so released, shall be remitted to the bank account of the applicant, as per the particulars mentioned in the application. The application is, thus, disposed of.
