1. This is an application seeking withdrawal of the accompanied petition with liberty to avail appropriate remedy as available under law.
2. Vide order dated 27.07.2026, the respondents were directed to consider and decide the representation filed by the son of the petitioner, before finalising the auction process. In compliance, the respondents have passed an order dated 03.08.2026, whereby they have rejected the representation of the petitioner.
3. For the reasons stated in the application, the same is allowed. The instant writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with a liberty to the petitioner to avail appropriate remedy as available under law.
