It is the grievance of the petitioner that his application for entering his name in the digital portal in respect of some land is pending before the respondent no. 4-the Circle Officer, Baliapur, District-Dhanbad and has not yet been decided. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is a sale deed through Court in favour of this petitioner. He submits that vide Mortgage Suit No. 56 of 1938, Mortgage Suit No. 31 of 1938, Execution Case No. 31 of 1938 and Execution Case No. 200 of 1947 the land devolves upon the petitioner. He submits that the Circle Officer inspite of the detailed representation has not taken any steps. 4. Learned counsel for the State submits that if the petitioner files a fresh representation before the respondent no. 4- the Circle Officer along with all the documents, his case will be looked into and if any correction is warranted the same will be executed. 2026:JHHC:26496 2 5. Considering the said submission, I direct the petitioner to file a fresh representation before the respondent no. 4-the Circle Officer, Baliapur, District-Dhanbad within four weeks along with the copy of this order, who will consider the case of the petitioner and take decision within twelve weeks thereafter. If the claim of the petitioner is found to be genuine appropriate action will be taken for entering his name in the digital portal. 6. If the claim of the petitioner is rejected for any reasons whatsoever the reasons thereof should be communicated to the petitioner within the aforesaid period. 7.
