In spite of service, the School Authority is not represented. 3. The petitioner’s application for transfer on the self- medical ground had been rejected sometime in 2021. Since a long period of time has elapsed since 2021, the petitioner is granted liberty to file an application with the school authorities seeking transfer. 4. The petitioner is suffering from Thalassaemia, which is a listed medical ground for seeking 2 transfer. The said amendment including Thalassaemia was notified sometime on September 8, 2021, the application of the petitioner was rejected on September 18, 2021. Presently, there is no bar to consider such an application on medical ground. 5. The school authorities will deal with such application as expeditiously as possible and if found otherwise eligible, will forward the application to the concerned District Inspector of Schools (SE), who shall take all consequential steps as per prevailing Rules. 6. Since the ‘Utsashree Portal’ is suspended, the application will be made in the offline mode and be considered by the school and other authorities in the offline mode. 7. With these aforesaid directions, the writ petition is disposed of. 8. There shall, however, be no order as to costs. 9.
