Cr. MP No. 4384/2025 This application has been filed for restoration of main petition, which has been dismissed by the Coordinate Bench of this Court on 25.06.2025 for the reason that original counsel for the petitioner had failed to put in appearance and adjournment prayer was declined on the ground that despite being put to notice, the case was to be finally heard on 25.06.2025, however, the counsel for the petitioner was not ready to argue and only sought adjournment.
