Petitioner has filed this petition for the following reliefs: “10.1. That this Hon’ble court may kindly be pleased to call for the entire records pertaining to the case of the petitioners. This Hon’ble court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent no.1 and 2 to initiate a proper direction against the respondent no.3 in accordance with law and furthermore, the investigation into Crime no.290/2026 should be conducted by another officer. 10.3. That, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to grant any other relief, as it may deem fit.” 2. At the time of hearing the matter, this Court observed that relief sought for by the petitioner at para-10.2 in the petition is defective, as the same does not indicate under which statutory provision or constitutional power such relief is sought. 3. In such a situation, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file a duly constituted petition. 4. Accordingly, present petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty, subject to depositing a sum of Rs.2,000/- (Rupees two thousand only) as cost by the petitioner in the Registry of this Court within a period of one week from today and the said amount shall be transmitted to the Government Girls Observation Home, Rajnandgaon, District-Rajnandgaon, CG. 5. Registry is directed to return the certified copies of the annexures to the learned counsel for the petitioner after retaining the attested true copy of the same.
