THIS WRIT PETITION, COMING ON FOR PRELIMINARY HEARING IN ‘B’ GROUP, THIS DAY, ORDER WAS MADE THEREIN AS UNDER: CORAM: HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE SURAJ GOVINDARAJ ORAL ORDER 1. The Petitioner is before this Court seeking for the following reliefs: a) Set aside the Impugned Order dt. 12/03/2026 of the Hon'ble NCLT, BB in IA no. 397/2024 in CP-IB No. 113/BB/2022, at Annexure-A, b) Declare that the Petitioner is allowed to realise his CIRP fees from any of the Project of the Dreamz Infra India Ltd., c) Direct the Respondents to pay the Petitioner his CIRP fees as fixed vide Order dtd. 17/12/2019 filed as Annexure C and is protected by the Order dt. 13/01/2021 of the Hon'ble NCLAT, filed at Annexure F with interest @12%pa from 04/07/2021 till realization, and also direct the Respondents to pay appropriate legal costs incurred by the Petitioner in all these more than 5- Years of his replacement, within 2-month of the Order in the present Petition, d) Record that the Petitioner is withdrawing claim on the CIRP costs so realized and to be Paid to him to make the Calculations easy on net realization of his fees, e) Expunge the para no. 13 on the Order on the Contempt Order, being irrelevant and is also irrelevant to the present Petition, f) Expunge the Strictures Passed against the Petitioner in para no. 13 on gross abuse; in para no. 14 on Coerce; in - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:32206 WP No. 13263 of 2026 para no. 16 on arm twisting, and any other stricture passed in the Impugned Order, g) Record/observe that whereas the Ld.AA has stated to obey the Orders of the Superior Courts vide Annexure U but has failed to even consider Orders of this Hon'ble Court, in its Impugned Order, 2. What is being challenged is an order passed by the NCLT. Any order passed by the NCLT is appealable before the NCLAT. Reserving such liberty, the petition stands dismissed.
