Copy of said communication dated 24th June, 2026 is made over to the learned advocates representing petitioner and private respondent no. 6. 2. It is disclosed in the communication dated 24th June, 2026 that in Amherst Street Police Station Case No. 83 of 2025 dated 1st July, 2025 charge sheet no. 48/2026 is filed before the jurisdictional Magistrate. 2 3. Since investigation in Amherst Street Police Station Case No. 83 of 2025 dated 1st July, 2025 culminates into filing of charge sheet before the jurisdictional Magistrate, no further order need be passed on this writ petition and writ petition stands disposed of. 4. However, this order shall not preclude the petitioner to approach jurisdictional Magistrate in accordance with law, if petitioner is dissatisfied with the charge sheet. 5.
