Heard. 2. By way of this petition, the petitioner seeks the following reliefs : (i) That, the Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to call the entire record from the respondent authorities. (ii) That, the Hon'ble Court may kindly pleased to direct the concern subordinate authority may be taken appropriate step and Complied the order passed by respondent No. 03/ The Sub Divisional Officer (Rev.) Janjgir on dated 08/08/2022 (Annexure P-1) in Appeal Case No. 202103060300023/-12/2020-21, whereas directed to prepare the proper Map (Naksha) of entire part (19 Parts) of land bearing Khasara No. 2680/1 and thereafter demarcation proceedings be completed afresh. (iii) That, the Hon'ble Court may kindly pleased to direct the Respondent No. 02/Collector Janjgir, District- Janjgir-Champa (C.G.) may be taken appropriate step upon the complaint dated 19.11.2025 Annexure P-5 made by petitioner's husband and conduct inquiry against the responsible persons. (iv) Any other relief, which may be deemed, fit by this Hon'ble Court just and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case may also be provided in favor of the petitioner. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that earlier, vide order 23.6.2026, the State Counsel had sought time and orally requested to obtain necessary instructions in the matter. 3 4. When this matter is listed today, learned counsel for the State submits that an appeal against the order dated 8.8.2022 has been preferred by Smt. Karuna Goswami W/o Ashwani Giri (respondent No.8 herein), which is presently pending before the Commissioner, Bilaspur Division. As such, the order dated 8.8.2022 has not yet been complied with. 5. At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has not been served with any notice by the Commissioner. 6. Considering the above aspects of the matter, the petitioner is granted liberty to approach the concerned Commissioner and move an appropriate application stating that she has neither been impleaded nor arrayed as a party-respondent in the said appeal, if any, and accordingly, she may pursue her legal remedies before the said authority in accordance with law. 7.
