Ms Prerna Jhunjhunwala, learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw this petition with liberty to file a fresh petition on the same cause of action. She points out that there are some formal defects in the pleadings and instead of amending the petition, it would be better if leave is granted to withdraw the petition with liberty to file a fresh petition after correcting the pleadings. 2. Ms Jhunjhunwala states that an I.A. has also been filed seeking leave to withdraw this petition with liberty to file a fresh petition. (2026: JHHC:26453-DB) 3. This request is not opposed by Mr Vibhor Mayank, A.C to A.G appearing for the 1st Respondent and Mr M.K. Roy for the 2nd Respondent. 4.
