Learned counsel for the applicant submits that in the cause title, address of respondent No.3 is mentioned as Tahsil and District–Raipur whereas it should have been Bilaspur. In paragraph 11, the date of appeal is mentioned as 13/07/2022 which should have been 13/07/2023. Thus, the typographical error which has occurred may be corrected. 3. No objection from the other side. 4. Thus, it is ordered that in the address of respondent No.3 in cause title, in place of ‘Tahsil and District – Raipur’, it shall be read as ‘Tahsil and District- Bilaspur’ and in paragraph 11 of the award dated 23/03/2026, in place of ‘date of appeal i.e. 13/07/2022’, it shall be read as ‘date of appeal i.e. 13/07/2023’. 5. With this observation, this MCC is disposed off. A copy of this order be placed in the records of MAC No.1144/2023.
