Having taken note of the submission made by learned counsel appearing for the parties, I am of the view that, this Court has categorically directed the respondents therein to comply with the order within 3 months from the date of the issuance of the certified copy which is forthcoming in the order dated 18.03.2015 at Annexure-G. - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:31920 WP No. 16121 of 2025 3. In that view of the matter, the writ of mandamus is issued to respondent No.3 to comply with the order produced at Annexures-G and H respectively and compliance report has to be filed before this Court within three months from the date of receipt of this order. In the event, if the compliance has not been made within three months, the same shall be viewed seriously by this Court. With this observation, the writ petition is disposed of.
