The instant writ application has been preferred by the petitioner(s) praying therein for the following reliefs: i) To the concerned Respondents to consider and dispose of the representation/application of the Petitioner for appointment on compassionate ground in lieu of death of his father namely Hari Pad Mandal, who died on 13.10.2014 during his service period on the post of Technical (Fitter), Personal No.-C025544 (Staff No.-759376, Deptt.-GU- GEN (Deptt. Code-506013) under the SAIL, Bokaro, but till date the Respondent authorities have not issue appointment letter to the Petitioner without assigning any cogent reason, though the Petitioner is needy dependent of his late father and has facing hardship in maintain their day to day life. ii) Direct the respondents to pay the withheld Dearness Allowance and legitimate death-in-harness benefits with interest since 2014. iii) Directing the respondents to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation/ application for Compassionate Appointment and release of applicable other Benefits dues to the untimely demise of his father ( 2026:JHHC:26352 ) while in service. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that since the petitioner is fully entitled for the prayer made in the instant writ application; as such, he submits that this case may be disposed of by giving liberty to the petitioner to file fresh representation before the concerned respondent for redressal of his grievance. 4. Learned counsel for the respondents fairly submits that since no counter affidavit has been filed; as such the petitioner(s) may approach the 3rd respondent for redressal of his grievance. 5. Having regard to the aforesaid submissions and looking to the prayer made in the instant writ application, the same is hereby disposed of by directing the petitioner to approach the 3rd respondent by filing a fresh representation along with all relevant documents. The moment the 3rd respondent receives the representation of petitioner then he will verify the record of the case and pass an appropriate order in accordance with law and applicable rules and regulations within a period of 8 weeks from the date of receipt of such representation.
