In view of the order, which is being proposed to be passed today, notices are not being issued to the respondents. 4. The solitary relief claimed in the present writ petition for a writ, order or direction to the learned Motor Accident Claim Tribunal (South), Meerut to release Rs. 4,00,000/- in favour of the petitioner which was fixed deposited by the Tribunal vide order dated 14.3.2026, passed in Motor Accident Claim No. 99 of 2026 (Shri Jagpal Singh vs. Kuldeep and others). 5. In the opinion of the Court, it is for the petitioner to approach the court concerned which shall consider the grievance of the writ petitioner within a period of two months from the date of presentation of the certified copy of the order, subject to legal impediment, bearing in mind the fact whether the award has attained finality or not. 6.
