The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Masalia P.S. Case No.11 of 2026, for the alleged offences registered under Sections 191(2), 191(3), 126(2), 118(2), 329(4), 109(1) and 351(2) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 pending in the Court of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Dumka. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that the petitioners and informant are neighbour and the allegations are made that goat has entered into the house of the petitioners and consumed the food kept in the house and for that altercation took place. He further submits that allegations are there of assault against Ful Mohmad Ansari. He then submits that so far petitioners are concerned there are general 2026:JHHC:26371 --2-- A.B.A. No. 4961 of 2026 and omnibus allegation. He next submits that the petitioners have got no criminal antecedent as disclosed in paragraph No.17 of the petition. On these grounds, he submits that anticipatory bail may kindly be granted. 4. Learned counsel appearing for the State opposed the prayer and submits that the allegations are there of assault. 5. Considering that the altercation took place while goat has entered into the house of the petitioners and consumed the food kept in the house and for that altercation took place and in the FIR there is direct allegation of assault against Ful Mohmad Ansari and so far these petitioners are concerned there are general and omnibus allegation and the petitioners have got no criminal antecedent as disclosed in paragraph No.17 of the petition, I am inclined to provide anticipatory bail to the petitioners. 6. Accordingly, the petitioners, above named, are hereby directed to surrender before the learned Court within three weeks from today, and in the event of their surrender/arrest, the petitioners, above named, shall be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) each, with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Dumka in connection with Masalia P.S.
