Priyanka Lakshmi, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor, appearing on behalf of the State, is in attendance and would submit that it is a case of illegal possession of ganja. The contraband involved in the present case is 597.930 kgs of ganja, which is a huge commercial quantity. The petitioner herein is Accused No.3, and there is one other criminal case pending against the petitioner. 3. In that view of the matter, this Criminal Petition is dismissed for non- prosecution.
