Pathak, Advocate ---- 2/09.03.2026 Heard learned counsels for petitioner and for State. 2. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Harla P.S. Case No.142 of 2025, for offence registered under section 126(2), 127(2), 115(2), 117(2), 74, 351(2), 3(5) of BNS, 2023, pending in court of learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Bokaro. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner happened to be student and somehow, he is pursuing his studies by way of selling milk and to buttress his such argument, he refers to Annexure- 2 which are the admit cards of different examinations. He next submits that Rs.9,000/- was due from the informant with regard to the milk and the informant was not intending to pay the said amount and in view of that false allegations of molestation has been made. He next submits that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent as disclosed in paragraph no.11 of the petition. 2026:JHHC:6047 4. Learned State counsel opposes prayer and submits that allegations of molestation are there. 5. Annexure-2 are the documents which prima facie suggest that the petitioner is trying to give certain examination for pursuing his studies which has been pointed by the learned counsel for the petitioner by way of selling the milk and for the due amount with regard to the milk the altercation took place and the petitioner is having no criminal antecedent as aforesaid, and in that view of the matter the petitioner, above named, is directed to surrender before learned court within two weeks from today, and learned court shall release petitioner, above named, on such terms and conditions as well as sureties as learned court may deem fit and proper. 6.
