It is submitted on behalf of CESC Ltd. that there is one service position in the verandah where a fresh electricity connection can be granted in favour of the petitioner. This is acceptable to the petitioner. In view of the above, WPA 28093 of 2025 stands disposed of by directing the CESC Ltd. to grant a fresh electricity connection to the petitioner by making necessary installations at the existing meter service position situated at the verandah of the premises. It is clarified that the petitioner is to make all necessary statutory payments and any cost or expenses incurred in the above exercise.
