In this writ petition, the grievance of the petitioner is to direct Respondent Nos.2 and 3 to effect mutation and entries in RTC phanis, in respect of the - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:30565 WP No. 18424 of 2026 schedule property, in favour of the petitioner, in terms of the order dated 11.08.2025 passed by the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court in W.P.No.23014 of 2025 (KLR-RES) (Annexure-J). 3. Having heard Sri.Vivek Subba Reddy, learned Senior Counsel appearing on behalf of Sri.M.S.Narayan, learned counsel representing the petitioner and the learned HCGP appearing for the respondents. 4. I am of the view that there is no impediment for Respondent No.3 to implement the order dated 11.08.2025 passed by the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court in W.P.No.23014 of 2025 (KLR-RES) (Annexure-J). 5. In that view of the matter, Respondent Nos.2 and 3 are directed to consider the representation made by the petitioner herein at Annexure-K, in terms of the order dated 11.08.2025 passed by the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court in W.P.No.23014 of 2025 (KLR-RES) (Annexure-J), - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:30565 WP No. 18424 of 2026 within one month from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
