It is grievance of the petitioner that online receipt has not been issued. He submits that he has filed representation before the Circle Officer, Mayapur, Chatra, but the same has also not been disposed of. 3. It is his contention that suffice it would be if a direction is given to the Circle Officer, Chatra, to consider the representation and take appropriate steps. 4. Learned counsel for the State does not opposes and submits that if the representation is filed and the matter is pending, the same will be disposed of. 5. Considering the said submission, I direct the petitioner to file a fresh representation before the Circle Officer, Chatra along with all the documents within four weeks. The Circle Officer, in turn will consider the same and will dispose of the same and will take appropriate steps within a period of eight weeks thereafter. He will communicate his final order to the petitioner within the aforesaid period. 6. With the aforesaid observation, this writ petition stands disposed of.
