Correction Application has been filed by the Applicant submitting that due to an inadvertent typographical error, “Section 27A of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985” was not mentioned in the Bail Application along with Sections 8/21/29 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 and Section 279 read with Sections 109, 121, 132, 190, 191(2), 191(3) and 3(5) of the B.N.S., 2023, and consequently the same was also omitted in the order dated 26.02.2026 passed by this Court. 4.
