Matter is heard in presence of learned advocates representing petitioners, State respondents and respondent nos. 4 to 8. 2. By presenting this writ petition, inter alia, petitioners have prayed for a direction upon the concerned police authority for implementation of the ex parte ad interim order dated 26th November, 2024 passed by the civil court in Title Suit being no. 661 of 2024. Vide order dated 26th November, 2024 defendants were restrained from disturbing peaceful possession of the plaintiff over the suit property. 3. If said ex parte ad interim order dated 26th November, 2024 is not complied with petitioners need to approach the civil court in 2 accordance with law. Police authority is not the appropriate authority to decide inter se right of the parties over the suit property. 4. Hence, no relief can be granted to the petitioners. 5. Writ petition stands dismissed. 6. However, this order shall not preclude the petitioners to approach the civil court. 7.
