A.G. for respondent No.1. Mr. Lovneesh Thakur, Advocate, for respondents No. 2 and 3. OMP (M) No. 628/2026 Heard. The present application has been filed for condonation of delay of 34 days in filing the main appeal. It has been averred in the application that though the certified copy of the impugned judgment, dated 09.04.2026 was prepared on 18.04.2026 and delivered to the applicant on 05.06.2026, however due to inadvertence, the same was misplaced and could not be traced till 25.07.2026. Thus, it has been averred that the aforesaid delay is neither intentional nor deliberate, but has occurred due to unavoidable circumstances, which were beyond the control of the applicant. Learned counsels for the non-applicants have no objection for the instant application being allowed. Consequently, in view of the reasons stated in the application, which is duly supported by an affidavit, coupled with submissions made by the learned vice counsel for the applicant, delay in filing the main appeal is condoned.
