The petitioner is apprehending her arrest in connection with Pindrajora P.S. Case No. 77 of 2026, registered for the offence under Sections 191(2), 191(3), 115(2), 118(1), 118(2), 332(c), 333, 324(4), 74, 303(2), 109(1), 352, 351(2), 61(2) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, pending in the court of learned CJM, Bokaro. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that there are case and counter case between both the sides. He next submits that in the year 2021, the informant party forcibly entered into the house of the petitioner and they started living there and when the petitioner got knowledge about the same, she lodged an FIR being Pindrajora P.S. Case No. 90 of 2021 on 02.08.2021 against the informant and others. He further submits that thereafter the informant regularly threatened the petitioner for which, she has filed an informatory petition before the learned CJM, Bokaro, being Cr. Misc. Application No. 2259 of 2021. He also submits that although the allegations are made of making assault upon one Bimla Devi, wife of the informant, however, she has not received any injury and two of the named co-accused Nishant Kumar and Chandradeep Kumar have [ 2026:JHHC:26229] -2- already been granted regular bail by the learned Sessions Judge. On these grounds, he submits that anticipatory bail may kindly be provided to the petitioner. 4. Learned A.P.P. appearing for the State and learned counsel appearing for the informant have jointly opposed the prayer and submit that the allegations are there of making assault. Learned counsel appearing for the informant further adds that grievous injury has been inflicted upon the daughter of the informant. On these grounds, they submit that anticipatory bail may kindly be rejected. 5. On perusal of the FIR, it transpires that there is direct allegation against Nishant Kumar and Chandradeep Kumar of making assault and it has been pointed out that both of them have already been granted regular bail by the learned Sessions judge. So far as this petitioner is concerned, the allegation is there of making assault upon Bimla Devi, however, it has been pointed out that said Bimla Devi has not received any injury. 6. In the attending facts and circumstances of the case, I am inclined to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 7. Accordingly, the above-named petitioner is directed to surrender before the learned Court within three weeks from today and in the event of her arrest or surrender, he shall be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Bokaro, in connection with Pindrajora P.S.
