P/6) for recording her name in the revenue records in respect of land bearing Khasra No. 464, area 0.088 hectare, Village Fundurdihari, Tahsil Ambikapur, District Surguja, in accordance with law within a time-bound period as may be deemed fit by this Hon’ble Court. 10.3. Pass any other writ, order or direction which this Hon’ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case; 10.4 Awards costs of the petition in favour of the petitioner.” 2) At the outset, Mr. Manoj Kumar Sinha, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, submits that the petitioner has already preferred a detailed representation dated 23.04.2026 (Annexure P-6) before the competent authority, raising all the relevant facts and grounds pertaining to the grievance involved in the present writ petition. He further submits that the said representation is still pending consideration and has not yet been decided by the concerned authority. It is, therefore, prayed that this Court may direct the respondents to 3 consider and decide the aforesaid representation in accordance with law within a stipulated period. 3) Learned counsel for the respective respondents does not raise any objections of the limited prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioner. 4) Considering the entire fact situation of the case, the present Writ Petition is disposed of with a direction to the concerned respondent authority to consider and decide the representation dated 23.04.2026 (Annexure P/06) of the petitioner which is pending expeditiously within a period of 30 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 5) With the aforesaid direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
