This appeal is directed against the order dated 01.08.2026, passed in B.P. No. 176 of 2026, arising out of Rajmahal P.S. Case No. 229/2026 by the learned Additional Sessions Judge-I, Rajmahal whereby and whereunder the prayer for bail of the appellant has been rejected. 3. It has been alleged that from the possession of the appellant 14 fake currency notes of Rs. 200 denomination were recovered. 4. Submission has been advanced by the learned Counsel for the appellant that the appellant had sold paddy to the main accused Anando Mandal and on account of which the fake currency notes were supplied to him by Anando Mandal. ( 2026:JHHC:26114-DB ) 5. It has been submitted that the appellant does have any criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 05.07.2026 6. Learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail of the appellant. 7. Regard being had to a plausible explanation submitted by the appellant and the period of custody undergone by him, we while setting aside the order dated 01.08.2026, passed in B.P.No. 176 of 2026, arising out of Rajmahal P.S. Case No. 229/2026 by the learned Additional Sessions Judge-I, Rajmahal direct that the appellant be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned S.D.J.M., Rajmahal in connection with Rajmahal P.S.
