After arguing the matter for some time, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, when confronted with the maintainability of the instant petition which has been preferred under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, whereby the petitioner has called in question the order dated 03.07.2026 passed by the learned Munsiff, Bishnah, on an application seeking implementation of the status quo order dated 22.01.2026, was unable to point out any perversity, illegality or jurisdictional error warranting interference by this Court in exercise of its supervisory jurisdiction, therefore, he seeks withdrawal of the instant petition with liberty to approach before the learned trial Court for appropriate relief in accordance with law. 02.
