The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code and later on, Section 411 of the Indian Penal Code was added. 3. As per prosecution case, motorcycle of informant was stolen by some unknown persons. The said motorcycle was recovered from the house of this petitioner. 4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the fact that stolen motorcycle was recovered from house of this petitioner, the prayer for grant of anticipatory bail to the Patna High Court CR.
