The petitioner challenges the same in the Writ Petition. It is submitted by the other side that the writ petitioner has got a statutory remedy under Section 65(2) of the Wakf Act before the State Government. 3. I, therefore, relegate the petitioner to go before the State Government. The petitioner states that within a period of two (2) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, he would file an appeal before the State Government.
