Mr. Rakesh Chargotra, learned Senior Counsel appearing for the contesting respondents submits that the order dated 04.05.2026 be modified to the extent of directing the parties to main status quo qua the suit property and further the learned trial court be requested to decide the application for grant of interim relief within the statutory period. 2. Mr. Navyug Sethi, learned counsel for the petitioner has accepted the submission made by Mr. Rakesh Chargotra. 3. In view of the above, the present petition is disposed of by modifying the order impugned to the extent that the parties shall maintain status quo qua the suit property and further the learned trial court is requested to decide the application for grant of interim relief within the statutory period. Serial No. 113 2 CM(M) No. 128/2026 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Senior counsel for the contesting respondents have assured this Court that they will not seek any unnecessary adjournment from the trial court. 5. It is made clear that this order has been passed only on the consensus of the parties and this Court has not examined the merits of the claims of the parties. 6.
