The petitioner is an accused in connection with Tandwa P.S. Case No. 179 of 2025 corresponding to G. R. No. 1502 of 2025. It has been alleged that the truck of the petitioner was stolen by unknown thieves. The truck was subsequently recovered on the confession of the petitioner. However, considering the fact that the petitioner is in custody since 01.09.2025, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M., Chatra in connection with Tandwa P.S.
