Also heard Mr. M. Khan, learned counsel for the claimants/respondents. 2. This application under Section 5 of the Limitation Act, 1963 has been filed by the applicant/Insurance Company praying for condoning the delay of 28 days in preferring the connected MAC Appeal. Page No.# 3/3 3. Mr. M. Khan, learned counsel for the claimants/respondents does not raise any objection to the said prayer considering the grounds stated in the application. 4. As the prayer for condonation of delay has not been opposed to by the learned counsel for the claimants/respondents as well as the grounds stated in the application are found to be sufficient ground which prevented the applicant in preferring the connected appeal within prescribed period of limitation, the delay of 28 days in filing the connected appeal is hereby condoned and this interlocutory application is accordingly disposed of. 5. The Registry is directed to register the connected MAC Appeal and list the same for admission after a week on a date to be fixed by the Registry. 6. The name of Mr. M.
