Alleging that the respondents have not complied with the orders and directions issued by the Coordinate Bench of this Court in W.P. (C) No. 4804 of 2025 dated 13.11.2025, the petitioner /complainant is before this court in this contempt petition. 2. Vide order dated 13.11.2025 passed in WPC No. 4804 of 2025, Coordinate bench of this Court has directed the Board of Revenue to send 2 back the record of concerned case to the Commissioner, Sarguja Division, Ambikapur (C.G.) within a period of 10 days from the date of receipt of copy of order dated 13.11.2025 and, in turn, the Commissioner, Sarguja Division, Ambikapur (C.G.) was directed to decide the pending Revision Case No. 202504960100050/A-19(1)/2024-25 in accordance with law within further period of two months. 3. Learned counsel for respondent No. 1, under instructions, submits that order under contempt shall be complied with as early as possible. 4. Having considered the facts of the case and the contention putforth by counsel for respondent No. 1 / contemnor, further 15 days’ time is granted to Board of Revenue / Collector, Sarguja, District Ambikapur to send back the record to Commissioner, Sarguja Division, Ambikapur (C.G.) and thereafter two months’ time is granted to Commissioner,Sarguja Division, Ambikapur to decide the pending Revision Case No. 202504960100050/A-19(1)/2024-25 in accordance with law. 5. With the above directions, the contempt petition stands disposed of. 6. Accordingly, the contempt proceedings initiated against the respondents are dropped.
