JUSTICE M.NAGAPRASANNA ORAL ORDER The petitioners are before this Court seeking the following reliefs: (i) Set aside the order dated 30.10.2025, passed by the learned I ACJM, Bengaluru in Crime No. 0184/2018, vide ANNEXURE-E1 to the Petition rejecting the ‘B’ Report and ordering for re- investigation, in the interest of justice; (ii) Consequently quash the FIR in Crime No.0184/2018 dated 25.11.2018, vide ANNEXURE –‘B’, to the petition, registered by the Sadashivanagar Police Station, Seshadripuram Sub-Division, Bengaluru against the Petitioners for the alleged offences punishable under Section 120-B, 420, 217 of IPC, pending on the file of the I ACJM at Bengaluru, in the interest of justice; (iii) Quash the entire proceedings against the Petitioners in Crime NO.0184/2018, which is pending on the file of the I ACJM, Bngaluru, for the alleged offences punishable under Section 120-B, 420, 417 of IPC Vide ANNEXURE-‘E, to the petition, in the interest of justice and equity; - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:31234 CRL.P No. 6542 of 2026 (iv) Grant such other reliefs this Hon’ble Cout may deem fit, in the facts and circumstances of the case and in the interest of justice.” 2. Heard the learned counsel Sri. Y.S. Hanumantha Reddy, appearing for the petitioners, learned High Court Government Pleader Smt. Rashmi Patel, appearing for respondent No.1 and learned counsel Sri. Srirama K.S., appearing for respondent No.2. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the entire amount has been paid to the complainant. Learned counsel for the complainant has volunteered to represent himself to admit that the entire amount has been paid. 4. In light of the complete amount being paid and the learned counsel for the complainant submitting on instructions that the complainant is not being interested in prosecuting the petition in the light of the receipt of the - 5 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:31234 CRL.P No. 6542 of 2026 amount, I deem it appropriate to obliterate the proceedings. 5. Accordingly, the Petition stands disposed of. Entire proceedings in Crime No.184/2018 Annexure –‘E’ pending on the file of I ACJM, Bengaluru is quashed.
